Introducing: an anime brief of a lifetime — my homework was to watch global anime phenomenon Jujutsu Kaisen and really turn inward to the community itself. The task? Promote an exclusive LTO “special grade garlic sauce,” directly referencing the show’s themes and creating a world to get the JJK fans hyped up.
In total, our partnership featured a new garlicky sauce, eight different characters’ packaging, a Times Square billboard, a 360 NASCAR extension, exclusive merch, and an IRL activation.
Our social content and collab efforts with the official Jujutsu Kaisen account/Crunchyroll team resulted in 2.1M total engagements, 29.7M impressions, a 843M potential reach, and enough memes to create an entirely new domain expansion.
